  • What is your minimum order quantity?

    While we don’t have a minimum quantity, we do have suggested order volumes that will allow your chosen plan to be most cost effective. For our kitting services, you wIll get the most bang for your buck if you’re doing at least 200 boxes per month. If you are en eCommerce fulfillment only, a monthly order volume between 115-125 orders.

  • What is an eco-friendly warehouse?

    JPO is working towards becoming a 100% plastic free warehouse. That means we’re trying to eliminate bubble wrap and other non-recyclable and non-biodegradable packaging.

    But until then, we are committed to doing our part to reduce our impact on the environment. We use recyclable mailers and boxes. As a substitute for bubble wrap, we utilize honeycomb and kraft packing paper. We live in reality though and understand that some products are too delicate for paper wrapping. So we’ll use bubble wrap if necessary and upon request.

  • What is your pricing?

  • What happens if an order is shipped incorrectly?

    At JPO, while we strive for complete accuracy, real live human beings pack the orders and sometimes we make mistakes. In the rare case that an order is mis-shipped, JPO will not charge you to ship that order. We’ll cover the cost to return the mis shipped products and you’ll receive an invoice credit for the applicable pick and pack rate, so you’re not charged for the error.

  • Do you offer storage?

    Yes! Each of our fulfillment packages includes storage. Additional storage is billed at $20 per pallet, per month. We also offer storage only plans. If you don’t need fulfillment, just need somewhere to store your products, contact us today!

  • How do you know where to ship my customer's orders?

    During your onboarding process, JPO will integrate your eCommerce platform with our shipping platform. Your store’s orders will come to us directly via the shipping platform and will send tracking info directly to your customer when their order ships! JPO can integrate with many commonly used eCommerce platforms including Shopify, Squarespace, BigCommerce and more.

  • Can you handle special requests?

    Yes. We know that running a business is sometimes an adventure and sometimes unexpected events pop up. We’re not about wallowing, we’re about solutions!

    One of the great things about JPO is we’re small team and that allows us to be super nimble. Our special projects are billed at our hourly rate of $40 per hour. Schedule a call so we can discuss your project.

  • Do I have to pay for boxes, bubble wrap or other packaging?

    JPO has several sizes of mailers and boxes we use to fulfill orders. You do not need to pay extra for standard sized shipping packaging. If you have your own branded packaging, you can have it shipped directly to us from the printer, and we’ll use your branded packaging.

  • Do you offer Amazon fulfillment?

    At this time JPO does not offer fulfillment services for Amazon. However, we do have other warehouses we can refer you to.

  • Is JPO EDI compliant?

    At this time, JPO is not EDI compliant. We are also not fulfilling wholesale/retail orders.
