Who are We?
JPO is proud to be a family owned business. This company is owned by me, Bethany, and my brother Isaiah. We’re a sister-brother duo who are uniquely qualified to handle your brand’s fulfillment and logistics needs.
Sometimes, the universe takes you on an adventure you don’t expect. In 2018, through a series of unexpected events, a beauty brand asked if I’d be willing to handle their order fulfillment. I already had my own non-toxic nail care company. So I was well aware of how time consuming (and sometimes confusing) packing and shipping eCommerce orders can be.
At this time, I was in a phase where I was saying yes to new opportunities, but I knew almost nothing about logistics. Lucky for me, my best friend/brother Isaiah was a supervisor at a national department store. One of his main jobs was managing incoming shipments of inventory for the store. After nearly a decade of working in retail, he was over it and interested in trying something different. It didn’t take much effort, but I convinced him to quit his job, move in with me, and start an order fulfillment center in my garage. Within months, we had outgrown the garage and had to get our first warehouse space.
And that is how JPO was born. Neither Isaiah nor I ever thought we’d start our own business together. We definitely had no plans to do anything in logistics and warehousing. But this adventure has been so rewarding. I’m glad we took the chance and I’m grateful for our business to still be here all these years later.
At JPO, we know that you want to do what you do best, which is create your thing, tell people about it, and make money. You don’t want to spend hours packing orders, shopping for boxes and carrying packages to the post office. That’s what you have us for! We help you present your brand to your customers in whatever way is authentic to you and your company.
